Although a typical Master Cleanse diet lasts 10 days, an abbreviated five-day diet may help you lose weight and feel better. Many delighted individuals, including celebrities, have marveled in the outcome of this transformational process.

The principle of the Master Cleanse is to give your body a complete rest from its usual digestive challenges and to cleanse toxins from your system which may have built up over many years.
The abbreviated 5 day Master Cleanse BootCamp (6 days, 7nights) allows for 2 day preparation at home*, 5 days on the Master Cleanse program and 1 day carefully re-introducing ‘normal’ food.
